Credit Check

In the event that a Credit Reference check is required in order to assess your application, you will be responsible for paying a fee of £20.00 prior to progressing with this check. In the event that your application is refused due a non-satisfactory credit check, the fee will not be refundable.

Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, information contained with this application and associated references will be held by Winton & Co confidentially and will not be kept for any longer than is deemed necessary by Winton & Co for its purposes. Winton & Co generally retain application forms for a period of 3 months.

In relation to the Credit Check, Winton & Co are unable to divulge any information received however we will refer the applicant to an appropriate Credit Reference Agency.
